Most of the growth is anticipated <br /> to occur along US 169, CSAH 33 and 221st Avenue, with Proctor Road and CR 121 also expecting to see <br /> increases in traffic as connections are made between CSAH 33 and 221st Avenue. Concentration of <br /> traffic in these areas is a result of their proximity to the proposed land use changes as well as lack of <br /> other continuous routes within the community. <br /> 34 <br />
