Fenestration, projecting bays, and all other <br />architectural features shall be coordinated on all sides of the building. Integrating architectural elements <br />around the building will enhance it as a whole and should augment the architectural character of the building. <br /> <br />B.4 Quality materials promote a sense of permanence and are encouraged. Building materials and texture <br />on the ground floor add to the pedestrian experience. <br /> <br />B.5 Storefront windows along pedestrian sidewalks are encouraged <br /> <br />B.9 Integrating lighting into a building can enhance the fa~;ade and architectural features, and provide for the <br />safety of pedestrians, but should not result in glare and light spill.
