As you are aware, <br />this is the parcel of land at the southeast quadrant of Twin Lakes Road and CSAH 12 intersection. <br />It is proposed to platted for the construction of nine multi-family units consisting of a four-unit <br />building and a five-unit building. The final plat provides the additional dedication of right-of-way for <br />Twin Lakes Road in the northwest corner of the plat. The only item we would note is that the final <br />plat should provide access control along the CSAH 12 frontage and Twin Lakes Road frontage. <br />The development will have all of its access internally towards Trott Brook Farms South subdivision. <br /> <br />With that condition, we would recommend approval of the final plat of Boulder Point Addition.
