EXECUTIVE SESSON OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br /> MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2000 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing, Councilmembers Dietz, Motin, <br />and Thompson <br /> <br />Councilmember Farber <br /> <br />Pat Klaers; City Administr(~tor, Sandra Peine; City Clerk <br />Lori Johnson; Finance Director, and Jeff Beahen; Assistant <br />Police Chief <br /> <br />Ann Antonsen, Labor Relations, Inc. <br /> <br />Call Meetin.q To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the executive session of <br />the Elk River City Council was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing. <br /> <br />Consider Police Union Contract <br /> <br />The proposed Police Union Contract for 2000-2002 was discussed. There was a <br />consensus of the Council to accept the proposal as presented by the City <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the executive session of <br />the Elk River City Council at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Sandra Peine <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
