The preliminary plat for Hillside Estates 9th Addition, approved on <br />April 19, 1999, consisted of 61 single family lots on 43 acres. The final plat for <br />Hillside Estates 9th Addition includes 15 single family lots. The remainder of <br />the preliminary plat will be final platted with future additions. There are 2 <br />outlots included as part of this final plat.
