Ach, City Planner L. <br /> DATE: December 14, 1994 <br /> SUBJECT: Proposed Preliminary Plat by Kingman <br /> Builders <br /> The proposed plat includes subdividing Outlot B of Country Crossing 2nd <br /> Addition. This subdivision will create 65 lots, of which, 64 will be twin home <br /> units and the last lot common open space. <br /> The Park and Recreation Commission may recall earlier conversations with <br /> Country Ridge Partnership regarding their park dedication requirements for <br /> the 120+ acres planned for residential development. The Park and <br /> Recreation Commission concluded that Country Ridge Partnership may be <br /> able to satisfy their entire park dedication requirements by dedicating <br /> approximately 7.5 acres of the wooded area on the north side of Country <br /> • <br /> Crossings 1st Addition plus the outlots for trail corridors and three acres <br /> south of County Road 30. Therefore, the park dedication requirements have <br /> been satisfied for the proposed plat; however, it is being brought forward to <br /> keep the Park and Recreation Commission members abreast of the <br /> development activity within the western area. <br /> • counciUpr:kingman <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
