- Absolutely no unauthorized vehicles or equipment is allowed on the facilities for any <br /> purpose. <br /> • Parking by the participants and its, spectators must occur only in designated parking areas. <br /> Violators will be ticketed. Any occurance that is noted or reported will subject the user and or its, <br /> affiliated association to penalty. <br /> User fees: <br /> -School /Agency sponsored activities will not directly be assesed any fees for facility use. <br /> - Association use: All use by recognized associations will be invoiced back to the associations <br /> proportionately according to their number of participants for the following expenses that are incurred <br /> in relation to their use:marking lime and paint used, labor hours for routine marking and dragging <br /> required per specified request or need, portable toilets, and any other misc. expenses incurred as a <br /> result of their use. <br /> - ** Exclusive use: Must fill out permit with the Recreation Department 7 days in advance to be <br /> considered. Authorization via this permit guarantees the following: Fields ready for play each day as <br /> requested and arranged via the permit. Availablity of : lutes, dry-liner, hand drag, and marking lime for <br /> purchase @ $3 per bag. Adequte garbage containers. <br /> Things to consider for exclusive use. Toilets, T.P., Special cleaning arrangements. Parking. <br /> Dptions for Exclusive use: <br /> 1.* $5 per field, per day - Plus an additional $1 per game. <br /> * $500 deposit - Refundable upon official inspection by City/District official. <br /> * Toilets "as is" These arrangements need to be considered on an individual basis. Such as, future denial of use. <br /> Cancellations: It will be presumed that every permit request is legitimate, however if suspicion arises <br /> as to "hoarding" the fields and it has restricted legitimate use, the organization in question will forfeit a <br /> portion of their$500 deposit based on the requst for fields and anticipated games. <br /> Field Improvement committee: ( in its' formative phase) <br /> The field improvement committee will comprise of school district representatives, recreation dept. <br /> diepresentation and representatives of each major youth association. This committee will be <br /> responsible for the following: Working cooperatively to benefit all participants and users. <br /> Collaborative efforts and funding for: capital improvements; such as: agrilime inventories, equipment <br /> repair and replacement (nets, bases, etc.) and any other miscellaneous needs. <br />
