Design process <br />a. The applicant is responsible for inspections, . maintenance, and record keeping during <br />construction for all stormwater BNMPs on the site. <br />?_._ 2ight of entry <br />a. The issuance of a Land Disturbance Permit or NPDES Construction Stormwater General <br />Permit constitutes a right- of -entry for the cite or its agent to enter upon the construction <br />site. The applicant shall allow the ci r and their authorized representatives, upon <br />presentation of credentials to: <br />i. Enter upon the permitted site for the purpose of obtaining information„ <br />examination of records, conducting investigations or surveys <br />ii. Bring such eq ui ment upon the permitted development as is necessaLy to conduct <br />such survas and investigations <br />iii. Examine and copy any books, papers, records, or memoranda pertaining to <br />activities or records required to be kept under the terms and conditions of the <br />applicable permit(( -) <br />iv. The city reserves the right to conduct inspections on a regLilar basis to ensure that both <br />temporary and permanent stormwater management and erosion and sediment control <br />measures are properly installed and m aintained prior to construction, during construction <br />and at the completion of the project. <br />13 <br />
