There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Attorney Beck noted the city is incorporating the Sherburne County ordinance into <br />city code. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Olsen and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to adopt the following ordinances: <br /> <br />Ordinance 15-06 amending Sections, 30-1, “Definitions,” 30-1934, “On-site <br />sewage treatment and water supply systems,” 30-2028, “Water supply and <br />sewage treatment,” 30-2042, “Planned unit developments,” and 30-2138, <br />“Water supply and sewage treatment” of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, <br />City Code, to incorporate the Sherburne County Subsurface Sewage <br />Treatment System Program <br /> <br />Ordinance 15-07 amending Section, 78-1, “Finding of public health and safety <br />hazard,” 78-101, “Private sewage disposal systems,” and 78-125, “Filling of <br />unused septic tanks and similar devices” of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, <br />City Code, to incorporate the Sherburne County Subsurface Sewage <br />Treatment System Program <br /> <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />7.6 Amendments to the 2015 Master Fee Schedule <br /> <br /> Ms. Allard presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner to adopt Ordinance 15-08 amending the 2015 Master Fee Schedule in <br />include new liquor license fees and changes to other miscellaneous fees, of <br />the City of Elk River Minnesota, City Code. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />8.1 Single Family Housing Definition <br /> <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. He noted current ordinance is based on <br />how a structure functions and not who is using it. <br /> <br /> <br />
