Peterson), <br /> Case No. P 97-1 <br /> Attached for your review is the preliminary plat for Oakwood Hills. The plat <br /> is located to the west of M-Vale, southeast of Hobbit Hills and east of <br /> Weatherwood. It involves subdividing a 40 acre parcel into 14 residential <br /> lots. Access to the plat will be provided by the extension of Pascal Street to <br /> the north of the plat. The applicant is proposing a loop road through the site <br /> beginning at Pascal street on the northwest corner of the plat and extending <br /> through the plat to the southwest corner. <br /> The site is mostly wooded and hilly with numerous wetlands, knobs and <br /> • depressions located throughout the site. There are no trails or parks planned <br /> for this site according to the Comprehensive Park Plan. Staff is suggesting a <br /> park dedication fee be required for this plat. <br /> This plat is on the agenda for the February 25, 1997 Planning Commission <br /> meeting.
