This <br />assessment shall be done in less than eight <br />(8) minutes' th/try 00) seconds for a <br />successful completion. <br /> <br />The Task-Oriented Physical Demands <br />Assessment shall be administered by the Elk <br />R/ver Fire Department and records kept by <br />the F/re Chief. A HealthSpan Paramedic will <br />be present during the testing for <br />coordination as a consultant. <br /> <br />An Elk River Fire Department active <br />firefighter will be present at each task <br />station to ass/st each person (candidate, <br />probationary or active member) during the <br />assessment test, <br /> <br /> <br />
