Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Mr. Carlton presented the staff report along with a PowerPoint presentation. <br /> Mayor Dietz reopened the public hearing. There being no one present to speak, he <br /> closed the public hearing. <br /> Councilmember Westgaard asked questions regarding the locations allowed for <br /> operating taprooms and microbreweries. <br /> Mr. Carlton explained larger breweries are industrial-based businesses, requiring <br /> larger equipment,truck traffic, and large volumes of water.
