The site has been used <br /> for sliding and play years, until neighbors began parking vehicles there. <br /> . Aaron made a drawing of the site requesting the following amenities: trees, <br /> swing set, ice rink, and sledding hill. <br /> Description <br /> The 85ft x 150ft site is flat near the street and slopes up towards the back of <br /> the lot to another flat area. On the grassy site are weed trees primarily, <br /> Chinese Elm and some Boxelder. The site is in the middle of the <br /> neighborhood with a house on either side and behind. <br /> Site Issues <br /> • Utilize slope <br /> • Neighboring homes <br /> Concept <br /> The amenities in the park are as requested with a skating rink, a sliding hill <br /> and a swing set. The skating rink is located near the street and up to the <br /> property line. A sliding hill area is cleared of the existing weed trees except a <br /> few trees on the outer edges. The swing set is located at the top of the hill <br /> with a view back down the hill. Overstory trees are located on the boulevard <br /> 10 and ornamental trees and shrubs within the park. <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
