Sagstetter stated that <br /> Elk River Municipal Utilities will be hosting contractor meetings in March and April <br /> of 2015 which would be a good platform to start the Commercial program. Rydberg <br /> suggested that April 22 (Earth Day) would be an ideal time to promote the program. <br /> V,Vestgaard said that the High 5 program should be put on the City Council consent <br /> agenda in March 2015. <br /> Mroz stated that am' comments or suggestions should be directed to staff by January <br /> 12, 2015, <br /> Sagstetter stated that staff will be doing walkthroughs for participants as well as <br /> many energy audits, similar to Project Conserve and staff will be able to go through <br /> the packet with participants. <br /> Rydberg suggested that the energy audit task may include, for example, 1 point for a <br /> self audit or 2 points for a professional audit. <br /> Steinbeck requested that a reminder be sent out at the first of the year for comments <br /> due by January 12, 2015. <br /> No action was taken. <br /> 5.2 GreenStep Cities Web mar—Cities and Community Solar <br /> Mroz gave the staff report. • <br /> Steinbeck suggested that future topics that may be of interest be a part of the agenda <br /> or created as a special meeting. <br /> Mroz suggested that the commission could perhaps attend a 2015 meeting in Saint <br /> Paul or hold a special meeting to view the webinar. Those interested in the webinar <br /> today (December 17) could stay after the meeting to view the webinar. Mroz will <br /> send out the remaining webinar topics to the commissioners. <br />
