No.: 20011034

Items:

No Description
I revised Open Space diagram

Purpose: As you requested

Remarks:

As requested I've provided the area of the gas easement (A.) for your calculations. I would also
like to include some areas related to sports facilities that may be easier to imagine than simple
numbers.

Football - 57,000 s.f. 1.32 ac.

Little League Baseball - 44,000 s.f. 1.01 ac.

Hockey - 17,000 s.f. .39 ac.

Basketball - 4,200 s.f. .10 ac.

It should also be noted that there is approximately 4,400 s.f. of open space at the street ends of the
Villa (back to back) buildings, and several other open areas of this size or larger that can provide
casual play space for throwing a Frisbee, playing catch, croquet, lawn darts, picnicking, or a
number of other similar activities. My own lot is .47 acres in size, but my open back yard is only 40
ft. by 70 ft. (approximately 3,000 s.f.) in size. My son and his friends played their neighborhood
pick-up football games in that space for years. They also played in a little woodlot in the neighbor' s
yard that was even smaller. My point is that while I've called out several of the larger open spaces
on the plan, many more small open spaces exist throughout the project.

Delivery: Hand Deliver

Copy to: file; dp; tb; et al

Desiqninq the Future Today...since 1972
