Staff c a site <br />plan review on January 16, 2015 and has the following comments: <br /> <br />Building Materials <br />Your narrative indicates that the building will be painted a neu <br />complimentary color to the building. Please provide the proposed colors. <br />Parking/Access <br />While the submitted aerial does not show parking stall markings, <br />existing parking stalls on the property. The attached aerial frThe <br />parking requirements are that the facility as proposed provides 36 parking stalls. Please provide a site plan <br />with the proposed parking layout. <br />Landscaping <br />The landscaping requirements are 34 trees for this project if it were new. The landscape plan (L1) shows <br />six trees graphically but the key markers show five. <br />Per ordinance, 34 trees are required. In situations where the l <br />the city has required modifications in scale with the proposed improvements. Staff will be <br />recommending that a total 15 overstory trees be added.
