RESOLUTION 01- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEES FOR SERVICES FOR 2002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />fees for services are reviewed annually to ensure that fees <br />are sufficient to cover services provided by the city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the council has reviewed the fees charged for services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the attached fee schedule reflects the fees that will be <br />charged for services rendered by the city of Elk River in <br />the year 2002. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the attached fee schedule is <br /> effective beginning January 1, 2002. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 17th day <br />of December, 2002. <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
