City Council IVEnutes Page 5 <br />December 15, 2014 <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br />Tom Lucas, 17115 Yale Street — expressed his opposition for having a road impact <br />the pond near his property. Staff advised Mr. Lucas that based on the information at <br />this time the pond is not proposed to be impacted. <br />Waiter Cleath, 17241 Yale Street — stated concern over the impact the road will <br />have on the pond near his property. He also outlined parking concerns. Mayor Dietz <br />asked planning or police staff to check into. <br />There being no one else to speak to this issue, Mayor Dietz closed the public <br />hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Motin to adopt ordinance 14 -20 relating to official maps and adopting an <br />official map. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />7.5 Ordinance Amendment: Modifying Setback Requirements for <br />Agricultural Animals <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />This item will be added to a future work session. <br />7.6 Ordinance Amendment: Relating to Tap Rooms, Brewpubs, <br />Microbreweries, and Wineries <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. Rezoning of Focused Study Area <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />8.1 2015 — 2019 Capita8 Improvement Plan <br />Mr. Simon presented the staff report. <br />Moved by Councilmember Wilson and seconded by Councilmember Motin to <br />approve the 2015 — 2019 Capital Improvement Plan, Motion carried 5 -0. <br />NATUREI <br />
