Park and Recreation Commission/Fees <br />October I 0, 200 I <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Commission recommend to the City Council the following fees <br />for 2002: <br /> <br />1. A residential park dedication fee of $1,540 per lot. <br />2. Maintain the current park dedication fees for commercial and industrial land. <br />3. Maintain the current reservation fee level for residents for shelter reservations. <br />4. Implement a non-resident fee of twice the resident fee for shelter reservations. <br /> <br />These fees are in line with neighboring communities. <br /> <br />S:\PARK&REC\2002 fees.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
