Zerwas, Chief of Police <br /> <br />December 6, 2001 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Legal Secretary <br /> <br />On December 5, 2001, Assistant Chief Jeff Beahen, Support Services Supervisor Michelle <br />Masica, and Assistant City Attorney Chris Johnson conducted oral interviews for the legal <br />secretary position in the City Attorney's Office. There were four (4) individuals who were <br />interviewed. ?all of the finalists work in prosecutor's offices. <br /> <br />The oral board made a recommendation that Jennifer Snyder be hired as the legal secretary. <br />Jennifer currently works in the Sherburne County. Attorney's Office as a legal secretary.. The <br />recommended pay for Jennifer is at Pay Grade 8, Step C ($15.52 per hour). We 'also <br />recommend that Jennifer earn vacation at the same rate as an employee with five (5) years of <br />service. This recommendation is contingent on a successful background check.
