Open Forum <br /> <br /> No one appeared for Open Forum. <br /> <br />6.1 City of Elk River Volunteer of the Month – Mayor Dietz <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz introduced, read, and presented a plaque to Patti Hetrick, Volunteer of <br />the Month for December.
