• <br /> • <br /> 6.10 Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be <br /> construed in any way to create a partnership, joint venture or <br /> subsidiary relationship between the parties hereto. <br /> Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed in <br /> any way to constitute a franchise agreement between parties <br /> hereto . <br /> Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed in <br /> any way to create an agency between the parties to this Agreement. <br /> The parties to this Agreement agree that available legal <br /> remedies are adequate, and the parties hereby waive any and all <br /> equitable remedies or relief which may be exercised in the <br /> enforcement of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. <br /> 6.11 This Agreement shall be governed in all respects, <br /> whether as to validity, construction, capacity, performance or <br /> otherwise , by the laws of the state of Arizona. <br /> 6.12 No amendments or additions to this Agreement shall <br /> be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties hereto. <br /> • 6.13 All agreements contained herein are serverable and, <br /> in the event any of them shall be found invalid, this Agreement <br /> shall be interpreted as if such agreements were no contained <br /> herein. <br /> 6.14 Any notices required to be given hereunder, or <br /> which either party hereto may desire to give to the other, shall <br /> be in writing.
