Monthly meetings during which local citizens can voice park, trail and/or recreation <br /> concerns to the Commission. <br /> 2. Attendance at regular Elk River City Council meetings to represent park, trail and/or <br /> recreation issues as needed. <br /> 3. Special meetings as projects arise throughout the year. <br /> 4. Job Descriptions for each individual Commissioner specifying his/her specific duties. <br /> 5. New Member Orientation and packets distributed to new Commission members. <br /> Packets would include: <br /> * Commission members names, phone numbers and addresses. <br /> • * City council members names, phone numbers, addresses, Ward, <br /> Ward locationjgoals for the city's parks, trails and recreation facilities. <br /> 6. Updates to Master Park Plan as needed. <br /> 7. Determine an annual budget. <br /> Special Meeting Date: <br /> Agenda will include: <br /> 1. Approve Mission Statement <br /> 2. Approve Rules of Procedure <br /> 3. 1998 Goals,please come with your top 1 or 2 goal ideas. <br /> • <br />
