The agenda and packet will be mailed <br /> shortly. <br /> General Business <br /> 5.1 Water Tower Subcommittee Update <br /> The water tower subcommittee will provide an update. <br /> 5.2 Walking Tour Update <br /> On December 10,2014,students from St. Cloud State University presented four options <br /> for a Historic Walking Tour Brochure during a special meeting of the HPC.The <br /> Commission may review the brochures and provide feedback to the students for the <br /> creation of a final/master brochure. <br /> 5.3 Review Jackson Street Water Conditions Assessment RFP <br /> The City received three responses to the Conditions Assessment RFP that closed on <br /> January 8,2015.The budget for the project was $5,000,and all of the proposals came in <br /> over budget. The 11PC should decide on the next step for the project.
