It should also be noted that data has not yet <br />been made available on age of housing through the 2000 Census, therefore it is assumed that new <br />units added to the community during the 1990s were all new construction. The table would not <br />account for any annexations of older homes into the community during this period. The Census <br />only included units that were year-round housing and therefore there is a difference of 56 units <br />from the total housing count. <br /> <br />The largest number of units in the community has been built in the past ten years with the <br />addition of 1,895 new housing units. Housing units built since 1970 account for over 78% of the <br />community's total housing stock. The community does have just under 300 units that were <br />developed prior to 1940. <br /> <br /> <br />
