LEVEL OF SERVICE ANALYSIS <br />Athletic facility standards identify the minimum level of service required <br />for recreation facilities (ballfields, courts, etc...) to meet the needs of the <br />community. The needs are based on the existing population levels, (22,974 in <br />20 10) and projected population (34,890 in 2035).
