VARIANCE <br />We are seeking a variance for lot 7 block 2 Ridgewood East to split the existing lot into two <br />residential lots. A 20ft depth variance is needed on both lots to meet city requirements. We <br />would like to build a home on the new lot, now that city sewer and water is available. The new <br />home will be a single family home which is what the neighborhood is now zoned and will fit <br />perfectly with existing neighborhood. We need this variance because of the shape of the <br />existing lot. <br />Thank you <br />Reg Powell <br />
