City of <br /> Elk <br /> River <br /> Resolution 14- <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary <br /> Publication of Ordinance #14- an Ordinance Adopting the 2015 Master <br /> Fee Schedule <br /> WHEREAS, on November 17, 2014 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 14-_ <br /> approving the 2015 Master Fee Schedule; and <br /> WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the <br /> City Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, sub.4; and <br /> WHEREAS, the 2015 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative, <br /> Financial, Environmental, Planning,Development,Building,Parks and Recreation, Fire, <br /> Police, and Elk River Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any <br /> person at the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular <br /> business hours—8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,Monday through Friday; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br /> River,Minnesota, as follows: by at least four-fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the <br /> title and summary of Ordinance 14-_and that Ordinance 14-_ shall become effective <br /> January 1, 2015. <br /> Passed and adopted this 17"'day of November 2014. <br /> John J.
