The building shall meet all building and fire codes. <br /> 3. The applicant must apply for and receive approval of all required sign permits before signage may <br /> be installed. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The applicant is applying for a CUP to operate a Class 1 Restaurant (sit down) within an existing multi- <br /> tenant building located at 18850 Dodge Street.
