Elimination of the setback requirement for electric,barbed, and barbless wire fences in the A-1 <br /> and R-1a districts when related to farming. <br /> 2. Elimination of the 100-foot setback for livestock fences in the R-1b,R-1c, and R-1d districts. <br /> 3. Elimination of the 5-foot setback for livestock fences in the R-1 a district. <br /> Due to the cost to publish the ordinance, staff has prepared a summary of the ordinance for adoption via <br /> the attached resolution.
