No beer wine or intoxicating liquor licen~e shaH be issued, maintained, or renewed unle~s and until the applicant has provIded the proof o{ financial .~esp~msibility with regard to liabil- Ity Imposed by Minn. Stats. ~ 340A.801. ~he issuing authority must submIt to the commissioner the applicant's proof of financial responsibility. The requi~ement for proof of financial responsibility sha~lbe fulfiJled by filing the fol- lowmg: (1) A certificate that there is in effect an insurance. policy or pool pr(}viding minimum coverages ofl a. One hundred thousand dollat!l becaus,,: of bodily injury to anyone person m anyone occutrence,.and ~~OO,OOO.OO because .of bodily mJury t? two or more persons' in anyone occurrence, and in, the ~ount of $100,000.00 because of mJuryto ordestructi(}n of property of, others in anyone occurrence' and ' b.
