The applicant wants to purchase 12 of the 40 units and a portion of Lot 41 to construct three 4 unit <br /> townhome structures. In order to do this,Lot 41 needs to be subdivided. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> Case #14-07 <br /> The subject property contains 40 townhome lots and Lot 41. The common lot was created to provide <br /> property with common ownership for drainage, utilities, and transportation. This proposed subdivision <br /> will not affect the existing utilities, easements,grading, drainage, or transportation infrastructure.
