Not only do <br /> PM the quality, availability, affordability, and diversity of housing enhance <br /> the quality of life in the City, it also supports economic development <br /> and contributes to a community's sense of place. Many business <br /> -` owners look at the type and supply of housing in a community when <br /> considering locations for opening or expanding their business. In <br /> return, the location and expansion of businesses within the City serves <br /> the population and attracts more businesses which keeps the cycle of <br /> growth and development vibrant. <br /> Housing is not a single, one size fits all, commodity. Personal housing <br /> needs change as life passes from young, single adult to family to <br /> elderly.
