Condition number 20 of that approval required that the <br />Council approve the design guidelines for the commercial part of the PUD. The proposed <br />design standards are similar to those approved as part of the Elk River Crossing. The <br />guidelines include a list of acceptable exterior materials, lighting guidelines, signage <br />requirements, and architectural features. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the development standards for Mississippi <br />Ridge Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />S:\PLANNING\Case Files\2004~Miss Ridge Dev Standards 3-15CC.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
