RESOLUTION 04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />it appears to the City Council of the City of Elk River that the streets hereinafter <br />described should be designated Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions <br />of Minnesota law. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, <br /> that the streets described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Elk Hills Drive from Dodge Avenue eastedy to CSAH 13 <br />221st Avenue from Trunk Highway 169 eastedy to the intersection of <br />Monroe Street and CSAH 21 <br /> <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid <br />streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br /> Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the <br /> designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, <br /> improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid streets of the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 8t~ day of March 2004. <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
