A-1 agricultural conservation <br /> district. <br /> <br /> (ai Purpose. The agricultural conservation dis- <br />trict is established for the purpose of preserving, <br />promoting, maintaiaing~ and enhancing the use of <br />land for commercial a~icultural purposes, to pre- <br />vent scattered and leap-frog nonfarm ~o-rowth, and <br />to protect expenditures for such public services as <br />roads and road maintenance, and police and fire <br />protection. <br /> <br /> '(b) Permitted uses.
