The Committee requested that <br /> • staff set up a joint EDA/HRA/HPC meeting to discuss historic districts to encourage <br /> restoration and rehabilitation with financial incentives. The HPC would prefer the creation <br /> of a historic district with standards and financial incentives to be a voluntary effort. <br /> 6. Discuss Archaeology Opportunities for 2005 <br /> There is $5,000 in the budget if the HPC would like to use it to ards another CLG grant. <br /> Dr.Rothaus would like to see the project continue by doin: c e intensive dig of the <br /> planning mill and paleo site.
