Windsor Development Request for Final Plat (Lafayette Woods) Case No. P95-2 <br /> City Planner Steven Ach indicated that a request for final plat has been made for <br /> Lafayette Woods by Windsor Development. The original final plat consisted of 52 <br /> single family lots along with 7 outlots and is located west of Proctor Street and <br /> south of Ridgewood Addition. The current final plat now includes a total of 75 <br /> single family lots. Steven Ach reviewed the staff memo on this request. <br /> COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 96-13 GRANTING FINAL <br /> PLAT APPROVAL FOR LAFAYETTE WOODS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BE PREPARED OUTLINING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS FOR PLAT APPROVAL AND INSTALLATION OF IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> 2.
