Community Recreation <br /> Please refer to the attached memo from Pat Klaers, City Administrator, regarding <br /> Community Recreation. In short, the City is maintaining its relationship with the <br /> Joint Powers group, but the offices for Community Recreation are being moved to <br /> the Emporium site. They will also have their own brochure. <br /> Michele Bergh will continue to manage the programs, and a new director is not <br /> being hired at this time. This move will allow the program to have more of a <br /> separate identity from Community Education. <br /> 4. Recreation Briefs <br /> There were no recreation briefs in the Elk River Star News in the last month. <br />
