Cooperative procedures are recommended in the control of voltages induced from <br /> proximate facilities.Therefore,reasonable advance notice should be given to owners or operators of <br /> other proximate facilities that may be adversely affected by new construction or changes in existing <br /> facilities. <br /> NOTE: Additional information about supply-line influence and communication-line susceptiveness may be <br /> obtained from IEEE Std 77671-1992[B41]and IEEE Std 1137T41991 [B53]. <br /> 213.
