If we held a <br /> regional group meeting earlier this year, please note that the budgets have not <br /> changed since then. For those where we did not hold a group meeting this year, <br /> please note that the budgets have been created with the goal of having minimal <br /> price increases while covering MMUA's costs in providing your service. The <br /> contract amendments will cover October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015, to <br /> coincide with MMUA's fiscal year. <br /> Two copies of your contract amendment are enclosed. Please sign both contracts <br /> keeping one for your records and mailing the other to the address shown below. <br /> Please do not send payment at this time. You will be billed October 1.
