Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 3. Consider 07/21/2014 Agenda Moved by Councilmember Motin and seconded by Councilmember Westgaard to approve the July 21, 2014, agenda. Motion carried 5-0. 4. Consider Consent Agenda Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Wilson to approve the following consent agenda: 4.1 July 7, 2014, Regular Council Minutes. 4.2 Check register as outlined in the staff report. 4.3 Massage Establishment License granted to Life's Retreat Massage and Spa, Inc., 570 Dodge Avenue NW, valid until December 31, 2014, and Massage Therapist Licenses for Kayla Brown,Tara Gardner,Alythia Sully, and Dawn VantHof to perform massage at Life's Retreat Massage and Spa, Inc.,valid until December 31, 2014. 4.4 Resolution 14-34 Regarding Classification of Certain Tax Forfeited Land Within Elk River and Specifying the Parcel Be Sold as outlined in the staff report.
