Upon <br /> hearing of the findings,the City Council is asked to approve the report. <br /> Staff will be prepared to take further direction as it relates to next steps toward implementation of the <br /> improvements. This includes taking direction on formal negotiations for property acquisition to facilitate <br /> the improvements. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> No expenditures above previously approved engineering fees are required with this action.
