The next step would be drafting the <br /> requirements. <br /> Discussion followed regarding the following: <br /> • Using this loan when an applicant does not qualify for any other loans <br /> • Requiring job creation that does not meet the criteria of the other three micro <br /> loans <br /> • Establishing a higher loan amount (i.e., $74,999) <br /> • Loan would go to market rate interest or an established default interest rate if a <br /> recipient does not meet the job goals. <br /> Mr. Barnhart stated that staff will bring a draft back to the Finance Committee in <br /> January. <br /> 5.
