In such a circumstance,the Utilities may select the health care <br /> provider to conduct the examination. <br /> Unused sick leave will not be paid out in wages upon termination of employment, but in <br /> some circumstances is subject to limited conversion under the Health Care Savings Plan <br /> policy found elsewhere in this Handbook. <br /> 337. PAID HOLIDAYS <br /> Regular full-time employees will be paid for eight(8)hours at their base wage rate for each <br /> of the following holidays: <br /> New Years Day Veterans Day <br /> Martin Luther King Day Thanksgiving Day <br /> Presidents Day Friday following Thanksgiving Day <br /> Memorial Day Christmas Eve Day <br /> Independence Day Christmas Day <br /> Labor Day <br /> Eligible part-time employees will receive paid holidays on the same basis as regular <br /> full-time employees, except that holiday pay will be pro-rated according to the number of <br /> hours worked. <br /> If the holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday will be observed. If the holiday <br /> falls on a Sunday,the following Monday will be observed as a holiday. Employees will not <br /> receive holiday pay for any holiday that falls during any leave of absence. <br /> 338. EMPLOYEE CLOTHING <br /> It is required that employees wear clothing items specified by the Utilities for their position <br /> and activity during working time. <br /> For regular field workers potentially exposed to electric hazards, the Utilities will provide <br /> an initial issue of five fire retardant long sleeved shirts, five fire retardant pants, and five <br /> fire retardant tee shirts per outside employee exposed to electric hazards,. As an alternative <br /> option, one fire retardant hooded fleece may be substituted for two fire retardant <br /> long-sleeved shirts and/or one sweatshirt may be substituted for two long-sleeved shirts. <br /> Provided clothing may also include: lineman's climbing boots,summer work boots,rubber <br /> boots, rubber overshoes, insulated winter boots, and coveralls (used for maintenance on <br /> trucks). The Utilities will issue a check to the supplier for the covered items. For <br /> employees other than regular field workers, the Utilities will provide an initial issue of <br /> enea$75 annual allowance for Utilities logo sclothin . <br /> 30 <br /> April 2013 <br /> August 2014 <br /> 95 <br />
