Overdose Deaths <br /> ➢ Since January 2011 Heroin has made a <br /> huge comeback and has caused several <br /> overdoses in the County and City, some <br /> resulting in death . <br /> ➢ Since January 2012 there have been 21 <br /> drug overdose deaths throughout <br /> Sherburne County. <br /> ➢The City of Elk River accounted for 8 of � <br /> those deaths , which is 38% of the total <br /> number of drug overdoes deaths <br /> throughout the county. <br />
