• <br /> • One of the most recent changes in the city's ordinance is that new <br /> commission and board members will be appointed at the first council <br /> meeting in March of each year. Therefore, to reflect that change the draft <br /> rules and procedures state that the chair, vice-chair and secretary will be <br /> elected at the March Park and Recreation Commission meeting. <br /> Requested Action <br /> A.
