The <br /> City Council shall establish from time to time by Resolution the amount of <br /> required cash contribution, and until changed by Resolution hereafter <br /> ad'vted, the amount of cash contribution shall be $1,300.00 per dwelling <br /> unit, effective 1 January 1998. <br /> (3) Combination Land and Cash Dedication. The City may require the <br /> applicant or developer to make a combination cash and land dedication <br /> pursuant to the following formula: <br /> (a) The amount of land which could be required in accordance <br /> with this Ordinance shall be calculated. <br /> (b) From the total calculated in sub-paragraph (3)(a) above, the <br /> actual amount of land the City determines to be needed to <br /> fulfill the purposes of this Chapter shall be subtracted. <br /> (c) The balance arrived at in sub-paragraph (3)(b) above shall be <br /> converted into a cash contribution in lieu of land dedicated <br /> pursuant to a standard formula established by the City, which <br /> formula takes into consideration such things as, but not <br /> necessarily limited to, the fair market value of the property in <br /> the plat, subdivision or development and the percentage of the <br /> total park dedication obligation represented by the said <br /> balance. <br /> • <br /> ° (I) Commercial and Industrial Dedication Requirements. <br /> (1) Land dedication, if required, shall be ten (10) percent of a commercial <br /> subdivision or development and five (5) percent of an industrial subdivision <br /> or development. <br /> • Amended Ord. 1997-20, 15 December 1997 <br /> 600-16 <br />
