As <br /> part of the development, the developer is proposing a 3.64 acre park to be <br /> located adjacent the powerline corridor on Auburn Street across from the <br /> existing water tower and Hillside Estates 5th Addition Park. The proposed <br /> park and subdivision has been revised since the Commission's last review of <br /> the concept plan in February, 2000.
