We are a municipally <br /> funded organization, serving the cities of Elk River, Otsego, Rogers and the township of Hassan. These <br /> municipalities,along with ISD 728,have entered into a Joint Powers Agreement aimed at delivering recreational <br /> opportunities to their residents. <br /> If you are able to prove residency within one of the participating communities, you qualify for the discounted <br /> vq, prices where applicable.
